Fresh code!

Just deployed a bunch of website / editor updates! You can see recently closed tickets on the bugtracker.

Now would be a good time to clear your cache!

Highlights:

Mostly little stuff, bug fixes, etc.

Here's the log for the editor:

- remove support for zooming via grow/shrink tools
- better positioning of undeleted blocks
- delay start of execution when clicking on a stack to ensure run feedback gets displayed
- don't burn cycles when all threads are just waiting
- decrease maximum work time to 75% of one frame time.

Is this referring to the ability to increase the size of the blocks in the editor via right-click? That was quite a useful feature when using a Macbook Air, where the blocks felt a bit tiny to work with comfortably at a distance.
