I can see a very recognizable icon, next to the star in the address bar.

Unfathomably based nanorook moment

To add to the topic - I think Chrome's ‘different profiles’ feature that integrates with your google accounts is really nice. I use Google Chrome specifically for school activities which is nice because it saves my profiles, and keeps personal stuff (Firefox) separate from school stuff. But I do feel that Chrome is lacking in privacy in some areas

The ST apparently counts showing an extension's icon as breaking the extension policy (even though I don't know how a user who doesn't know about the extension can find it through only its icon).

I cannot stand not having a black theme on the tab section.

I don't think an extension icon is a problem if it's unrelated to the rest of the post.

Bump.
Should I get Bruh or Bruh 2.0?
I feel guilty now.

@k0d3rrr I don't know about those but I use another FOSS software for a similar purpose.

The version of Chrome on Flathub (Linux) just doesn't work. Very sad because I then installed from google's repositories.

How ironic! I get called out for saying exactly the same thing, and yet this guy is able to do it with no reprecussions.

Why I don't use Chrome:
  1. Browser-based ad personalisation
  2. Manifest V3
  3. All cookies/trackers allowed by default
  4. No ‘Page Info’ (Ctrl+I in Firefox)
  5. High RAM usage
  6. Closed-source
  7. Monopolistic

I'd rather give up using the Internet than use this browser.
