There aren't any in the base game. There are some mods with other characters though. You can find some how to get different charactershere.

I'm gonna kick this one off with a question:
Have you guys beaten the game yet and if so, what ability was the one that carried you the most? Was there an ability you always loved to see?
Hey my “Crescent Slash” Isn't working properly “Deal 7 damage the choose a skill in your discard pile to add to your hand” I can't choose a card
I actually did see it

Yes, and the Henso art was literally my hard carry. Right before my statuses were removed, I use my Reinvigorate to get it back. I also had a regen, Sui-Ren, Judo chop, and a few different poison abilities. All low cost so I can Henso my way through the boss. I'm gonna kick this one off with a question:

Has anyone ever had that moment where Judo Chop was your only item and you had Winged Shoes (and/or Levitation) so you could literally just kill everything in one turn? Even if you don't kill everything, you just triggered the mess out of your Henso and Galactic Claw (If you have them). This is probably a late-game thing though.

Hey, I would appreciate it if you could make some new characters it would be a lot of fun but don't make it so that you have to win a game first I love to try them. I commented on an idea in the original game.

well… there is the april fools version ( you can use the run seed ‘stony’ to unlock that character without having to win first :] ), and i've seen mods before that have new characters added. ap's still working on the full game, and there will probably be more characters in taranga when he's finished, but until then you might just have to find community-created mods - or make one yourself! i have a whole list of various balancing/glitch notes, but first and foremost is probably the fact that both sui-ren and flowing movement are stackable effects, and… probably shouldn’t be… If you think an enemy, ability or item is under- or overpowered, be sure to share your thoughts as to why you think that is and how it could be improved!
this was the first time that i realized that there was an energy limit, and multiplicative effects + energy-boosting abilities can reach that limit pretty fast. at least there IS a limit - anything above 50 energy and you'd probably be able to beat the entire area without needing any additional energy

for the amount of setup and deckbuilding that requires, destroying everything is a justifiable reward.i have a whole list of various balancing/glitch notes, but first and foremost is probably the fact that both sui-ren and flowing movement are stackable effects, and… probably shouldn’t be… If you think an enemy, ability or item is under- or overpowered, be sure to share your thoughts as to why you think that is and how it could be improved!

Sui-Ren is debatable (though I'm on the side of keeping it as is) but if you manage to break the game with Flowing Movement, you kind of deserve what you get out of it. That's an achievement.for the amount of setup and deckbuilding that requires, destroying everything is a justifiable reward.i have a whole list of various balancing/glitch notes, but first and foremost is probably the fact that both sui-ren and flowing movement are stackable effects, and… probably shouldn’t be… If you think an enemy, ability or item is under- or overpowered, be sure to share your thoughts as to why you think that is and how it could be improved!

Definitely Assasinate, but parry you should get at all times, Charge bravely is a great attack to have later on. I'm gonna kick this one off with a question:

for a second there i forgot that curse of the drawer + 7 cold waves = guaranteed win (have to watch out for the spiky fellas though) for the amount of setup and deckbuilding that requires, destroying everything is a justifiable reward.
yeah… it took like 2-3 endless runs to actually get that deck made, but once I did it was pretty much a guaranteed win

I usually go with less expensive decks (all 1s and 0s, and as many repeatable abilities as possible) but that's probably because I play overflow and hardcore most often… there are some pretty good expensive abilities out there, but I don't want to have to rely on RNG to carry me through more difficult fights (during some turns the game just doesn't give you any blocking abilities, and if you have 5 HP that's a pretty big issue)Definitely Assasinate, but parry you should get at all times, Charge bravely is a great attack to have later on. don't do this, I found him obnoxious beyond belief. This game was excellent.
Blizzard + Ice Wall + Doll thing/Levitate goes a long long way
Also, maybe buff the king slime a bit? In comparison to the other group, he is lacking in power. Massively.
