The IP address 194.38.20.161 tries to hack my Web server almost daily despite being blocked. I used WHOIS to find it's owned by https://smartmedianetwork.com.ua/, which clearly looks like a fake company.

Their site claims they're based in both Ukraine and the US and have Apple Inc. as a client. It also contains broken links, repeated text including ‘lorem ipsum’ and nonsense text such as ‘A farmer hears tales of diamonds and begins dreaming’, ‘Dude You’re Getting a Telescope’ and ‘women face higher conduct standards especially in the workplace’.

Why does this company pretend to be a Web host? Should I try to ask them to stop attacking my site?

It tries to access non-existent pages for logging in to WordPress (which I don't use) and uploading images. Surprisingly, their site's HTML is valid.

They also seem to own a YouTube channel, which is just as bad as their website.

I think this might be some kind of weird ARG. I haven't looked deep into it yet, but the strange text might be some kind of code.

Yeah, theres also a ton of typos too which could also be a code
