I don’t know how ID did it, but Doom is so perfectly balanced in terms of weapons and difficulty.

Just a quick know about me
1. Doom fanatic
2. Slayers club member
3. Doom wad creator
4. New to deathmatch and co-op's
5. Joined the doom community around 2018-2019 (Because computer was garbage and the only thing I could play well was DooM)
So I just wanted to ask what got you guys (Or girls) into doom (Preferably 1993)

the og doom: i have a vital of pixelated blood *spoosh*
doom eternal: i have 10 gallons of ultra RTX on blood *spoosh*

you that there is anti-piracy protection in wolrenstein? (those questions at the beginning) if you put in certain answers THAT ARE DEFINITELY WRONG it’ll let you through for some reason. Some of them are “a spoon?” and “would you like to play a game?” (lol war games reference)

Cool! hope you finish the game. Thy flesh consumed can be tough. But the map design is awesome as well as the traps and corners filled with monsters.

My weapon mod layout(keep in mind that this is
1) my personal preferences for my play style of doom eternal
2) not relating to any dlc):
Combat Shotgun: I mostly use the full auto, but use the sticky bombs for the marauder(also use grenades)
Heavy cannon: In my opinion, micro missiles are 1000% more useful than the precision bolt
Plasma rifle: For me, the only worth it mod is the heat blast.
Rocket launcher: lock-on burst for most enemies should do the trick.
Ballista: I only use the arbalest mod, except for hoards of enemies.
Chaingun: I use the shield(tip: dash into enemies while shooting, it gets you more dps)

Been a while since I've been on these forums. I do particularly enjoy that game. I'm also fairly into half-life. I was very excited and enthusiastic when Valve released the documentary as well as the website. Some of my friends celebrated that they can finally play the game because it was free during that time.

who do you think would win?

im a big half-life fan myself (first one being my favourite) the documentary actually got me into playing death match source. i got absolutely destroyed in seconds because everyone else has had over 20 years to hone their skills.
