What does it mean if Scratch says "Oops, something went wrong" when commenting

Probably a glitch happened and for some reason it might have not gone through. If the problem persists, try refreshing the page.

There's also a chance that your comment was posted. I remember getting that notification before, and after I refreshed several times, my comment shows.
(but not all the time)

Go to the forum the topic fits, and in the top right button, theres a button that says New Topic. Press it, and you can make one. Click Post when done.
