A Community section on profiles (Like YouTube!)

We already have a thing like this, but cool idea! The commenting on a persons page is like this and you can turn on and off notifications!

Support! While Scratch adds this to the website, there is a workaround you can use. The workaround is: share announcements with your followers by making profile comments out of it, just like I do.

Maybe this:
If “User 1” follows “User 2”, and User 2 make an community announcement, it would appear on User 1's front page on the “What's happening?” section. User 1 would also get a message.
