Add a fish emoji on April Fools Day

Fish emojis have lots of uses. What if you are going fishing? What if you’re talking about seafood? What if you wanted to use a more common food emoji that isn’t something like broccoli? What if you’re discussing marine life? It would be very useful.

As for why it should be on April Fools Day:

In some countries, they call April Fools Day “April’s Fish”. No one really knows why. But in France, they call it poisson d’avrile, and in Italian, they call it pesce d’aprile. It would be nice for the people of that country to see more emojis represented for them.
April Fools Day is coming in about 2 months anyway.
Last year, the Scratch Team said that they were running out of ideas on April Fools Day, so they just added back the features that they had from the previous April Fools Day.

I’m open to hearing constructive criticism on this. Please tell me if I’ve missed anything. I would really appreciate it.

I should clarify: I am not opposed to adding a fish emoji any other day of the year that is not April Fools. I only suggested April Fools Day since it was coming up anyway, and seemed to be a convenient time to add the suggestion. But I am fine with however the Scratch Team would like to implement the fish emoji.

Very good idea but I would prefer if it stayed for all the year. It's just too funny.
But what about every other person that isn't from France or Italy or any other place like that? Why add a fish specifically for those who call it “April's Fish” ?

Yep, let me rephrase: April Fools Day would just be its debut. It’s a convenient emoji, and since April Fools Day is coming up anyway, wouldn’t this be the perfect opportunity?

It would just be a nice, fun new emoji for April Fools Day. It’s not necessarily because of the fact that France and Italy call it April’s Fish, but it’s that it would be a fun feature that they could add for April Fools Day.
