script speed block

Increase the value on the wait block if you want it to go slower, having the code with the value of “0” doesn't mean it should be 0. And the run without screen refresh runs the function within a single frame, which is pretty fast.

I don’t know how they would manage to implement this.. also how slow is slow, and how fast is fast? This is likely a duplicate so.. if it isn’t I’m surprised.

I support because it makes no sense that scratch jr has features not on normal scratch
I believe the reason scratch junior has it is because it doesn't run on frames, rather, each block runs for multiple frames (note that the “walk” block runs like the “glide” block, not the “step” block, which is how you can speed it up, you cant speed something up if its already the fastest it can be)

Ig a similar to “run without screen refresh” thing could work, were instead of running 1 block per frame, you could run 2, 3, 4, or even 5 blocks per frame

instead, the block shouldn't be a slider, but something like
“set speed to ()”

the problem, however, is that lag machines would be WAY more effective, which might cause the ST to have to limit clones even more if this block was used in the project

Work arounds?

foreverRunwithoutscreenrefreshdefineRunwithoutscreenrefresh. . .. . .wait0secs. . .wait0secs. . .

and I'm pretty sure you cant make scripts run any faster than it already does (except for RWSR)

wrong

it runs at normal speed

and no option for fast
“It runs at normal speed”
Oh my jegus jubilee jeepers “run without screen refresh” literally means “run all at once”
