I'm not 100% sure but using a heavy filter would not show your face 100% but show minor details of the face. It's probably a yes but if the like, using a heavy filter (e.g. : the potato face filter on instagram)Privacy Policy or scratch team says no then no.

I'm like 90% sure you're never allowed to show your face, even with a filter, because evenually someone will find out what it looks like, where you live, blah blah you got hacked.

In a hypothecal situation, what if a celebrity uses Scratch and has their face I'm like 90% sure you're never allowed to show your face, even with a filter, because evenually someone will find out what it looks like, where you live, blah blah you got hacked.everywhere?

I would believe the ST would make an exception if the person is a verified adult (like griffpatch's greenline or was it blueline filter, which clearly showed his face on the thumbnail)In a hypothecal situation, what if a celebrity uses Scratch and has their face I'm like 90% sure you're never allowed to show your face, even with a filter, because evenually someone will find out what it looks like, where you live, blah blah you got hacked.everywhere?
although if the celebrity wasn't an adult they would probably still have to comply with the rules

So if Blue Ivy joined Scratch, she wouldn't be able to show her face even though everyone knows that she's Beyonce's daughter? although if the celebrity wasn't an adult they would probably still have to comply with the rules

I would believe so (especially since it would be hard to even verify it IS her)So if Blue Ivy joined Scratch, she wouldn't be able to show her face even though everyone knows that she's Beyonce's daughter? although if the celebrity wasn't an adult they would probably still have to comply with the rules
although she would be able to reveal already public images of herself

A person's face can be used for harmful purposes, such as:
Facial recognition: Facial recognition technology can be used to track and monitor individuals, and can raise privacy concerns.
Surveillance: A person's face can be captured by surveillance cameras and used to track their movements, which can be used for purposes such as surveillance, investigation, and crime prevention.
Identity theft: A person's face can be used to steal their identity, by creating a fake identity or using their facial features to gain access to their personal information or financial accounts.
Harassment and discrimination: A person's face can be used to harass or discriminate against them, by using their facial features to make fun of them, mock them, or discriminate against them based on their race, gender, age, or other characteristics.
Scamming: A person's face can be used in scamming, by creating a fake profile with someone's face and use it to trick people into giving them money or personal information.
If it can't be used for these things then its probably allowed (Im not sure though).
It's important to note that using someone's face for illegal activities is a crime, and can have serious consequences (in the US). It's important to respect people's privacy (may go against some laws if you don't, depending on what you did) and use facial recognition technology responsibly.

I personally wouldn't recommend trying to share your actual face on Scratch in any capacity. Keep it private for your safety. If you want to stay safe, you also probably wouldn't want to get that close to sharing your face. You could draw a character that has similar hair or accessories, though.
reveal projects are not allowed.Actually, Keep in mind: I think faces in projects are allowed, afaik. Face the Scratch Team has since updated their policy - sharing your face on Scratch is no longer allowed in any way.
please correct me if I'm wrong, my memory is terrible
