Microsoft PowerToys
Microsoft PowerToys is an open-source tool for Windows created by Microsoft for “Power Users” that adds some features to the operating system, like a “Run” tool similar to Mac's Spotlight, changing the keys on the keyboard, an easy way to type accented characters, and more!

(#2)That's just one of the options, you don't have to enable it
Basically window management for the lazy.

Made windows a bit usable for me on my surface, 10/10 very cool
Accented characters are great, it needs to be in windows by default, macOS hàś ît
In the windows setup, that app should be one of the optional features. Or you know, instead of putting TIKTOK in the “Essential Apps” in Microsoft Store, PowerToys could be there.

(#7)Or PowerToys could just be installed by default entirely, as PowerAutomate is. That also probably won't be used by the majority of people.

They should learn how to make a good OS so you don't need it.(#7)Or PowerToys could just be installed by default entirely, as PowerAutomate is. That also probably won't be used by the majority of people.

Keyboard Manager's limitations are really annoying… if I want to remap my numpad on a per-app basis, while having shift+whatever restore the original functionality of just typing the number, I can't do that. In fairness, that's probably a restriction from within Windows.
I have used it for making the right shift and ctrl finally a bit useful, though, as those already have alternatives!
Also, bump

I don't currently have PowerToys installed, but I am interested in it. What is everyone's favorite feature?

(#12)Run for me. It combines a lot of things you would normally need different apps for (and even things that have no apps normally!) into a single textbox. It annoyingly needs to be mapped to a keyboard shortcut, but you can change that with Keyboard Manager.

I’m actually so used to using the Start menu to search that I always forget that Run exists. Personally I really like Quick Accent when I work on my conlang because it uses a lot of accent characters.(#12)Run for me. (#14)That happened to me in the beginning as well, but I often remembered to use PowerToys Run after already opening my start menu, and now I've gotten used to just use Run. I also set it to my right shift key, making it a lot more convenient to open it up.I’m actually so used to using the Start menu to search that I always forget that Run exists. But what about when you have to type uppercase letters with the right shift key? Does it only open when you press the key by itself?(#14)That happened to me in the beginning as well, but I often remembered to use PowerToys Run after already opening my start menu, and now I've gotten used to just use Run. Well, then you can use the left shift key. Do people actually use the right shift key? I didn't know that.I use the opposite shift key from the hand I'm using to type a letter. For example, I type “A” with the right shift key, and “I” with the left.
