So I'm making a game called blocks beta on my account btw so I want to know how to put yt music cuz I want to like make it better also if you have feedback pls send also show me the song stuff in scratch block cuz I can understand it like that better

What I do is I use a youtube video downloader (just look one up, there are many websites) and then I download the video. Then I use a video-to-audio converter (again, many websites) to make it an audio file. Then I simply import it into scratch. However, Scratch converts sound files to WAV, making them bigger, so this could cause your project not to save due to the file size being too large.

There are converters that convert straight to mp3, no need to download the mp4 and make that an mp3. However, you need to be very cautious while using those kind of sites, as it can redirect to weird and nono sites.

if you are on firefox you could use the extension “Easy Youtube Downloader Express” its safer than a lot of converter pages, to use it go to youtube and get on the video you want and there will be a download button, click it and download it to mp4 then you can use a converter mp4 to mp3, i use a converter called “Convertio” and then now you have the music

If you dont have firefox then you can use Minitool Video Converter you have to download it but its a LOT safer than a lot of converter pages

Well, you can't do anything to fix the file size being too big except try to make the sound smaller in the sound editor. Sorry

There are two ways

1/Go to YouTube mp3 and make the song MP3
2/go to scratch project that involve music that are not in scratch then download it into your computer or mobile device
