it says that's it's apparently not copyrighted because she's been gone for 5 years. that's not a source Read the entire 1st page.
also, if someone leaves for 5 years, that doesn't mean anything made by them isn't copyrighted

Here's the thing though. Even though Ayesha has been gone for 5 years, her music has been on and off of streaming platforms. Plus, due to her being a Soundcloud Artist, if her music isn't copyrighted by a label or Content ID, it most likely falls under the same copyright that Scratch falls under.it says that's it's apparently not copyrighted because she's been gone for 5 years. that's not a source Read the entire 1st page.

Here is an official Instagram post from Ayesha herself that I found on Twitter. In the post, she explains how being doxxed has led to her taking some time off the post. And according to a YouTuber named Anna Oop, she wiped all her music from her official accounts but still wants us to support her music.

The song probably wouldn't be allowed because it has “Erotica” in it, and erotic isn't a nice word to say here.

Erotica is an actual surname. The song probably wouldn't be allowed because it has “Erotica” in it, and erotic isn't a nice word to say here.

It still shouldn't be mentioned in Scratch, as it will likely get reported for containing bad words. Erotica is an actual surname.

Three things to keep in mind:
1) Copyright technically only expires 70 years after the person has died or if the living artist has specifically made an official statement saying that the music has entered public domain.
2) When it comes to using music on Scratch, your song selection still has to be cognizant of the Community Guidelines. For the song in question, I don't think it would be appropriate, even with the swears removed.
3) The “No music-sharing projects” policy can still apply to free music. If the point of uploading the project is to share the music file, then you're not using Scratch for it's intended purpose. We're not a music host site, and we're bound by the law to remove music-sharing projects when it comes to our attention, barring certain exceptions (i.e, file is user's original song, i.e. file is a user's cover of an existing song). I don't think it would do you any good to try to be crafty in finding ways around the “No music-sharing projects” policy.
TL;DR - No.
