So… I wanted to post a clean version of Literal Legend by Ayesha Erotica to Scratch for people to use in their projects and/or edits. However, I know for a fact that it will get taken down for being a “music-sharing project.” BUT, Ayesha's music isn't copyrighted and is free to use because she has been gone from social media for 5 years.

So can I post a clean version of an Ayesha Erotica song on Scratch?

Probably not. But I'm not entirely sure when it comes to Ayesha.

you can't post projects that just share a song made by someone else. what you can do is you can use it in one of your projects or use it in background music in some artwork.

Actually, Ayesha's music isn't registered with Content ID because none of her songs were officially released after she left social media.
