Does the account get unbanned when you get a different IP? If you log onto an account in an IP ban will it automatically get deleted? What if you're at a school and someone gets IP banned?

I think so because I used a VPN to get Germany and got the message until I went back to my own IP.

You probably have to contact your School Administrator or Teacher about it.

If you go to an account but your ip is banned, you just can’t use your account until the ip is unbanned or you use a new ip if you’re a bystander. If you caused the ban, you’re banned.

No, you'd have to contact ST.

I think the school's IT department has to contact the Scratch Team to make an appeal.
According to the IP ban message (can be seen here: https://en.scratch-wiki.info/wiki/File:IP-Ban-mainsite.jpg), it says the people in charge of the network may contact them.

No, because when my School IP was banned back in 2021, I contacted the Scratch Team and they unblocked it just fine. Also, notice how I was in the 7th Grade and not a member of the IT department.
