Adjust speed of the "Text To Speech" library - voices

Hallo -
I am not going to spend my time finding that if this topic is a duplicate. If it is, then that's fine, show me the link, and this topic will be closed.

But I agree myself that adding a block code that can adjust the computer's speed of speaking, without changing the pitch or frequency of the voice, would be useful. When I hear what the computer is saying, to me, it seems that they are speaking too fast, and I want it to slow down a little so I can comprehend what it's saying. Some others can complain that the computer's speed is too slow and wants to get onto the action of a project.

Adjusting the speed can be played during a project running, so the project can run faster and slower.

I find more use if the computer's speed could slow down a little, so I wouldn't need to copy word by word of another computer outside of scratch.mit speaking.

Do you defend or refute of this topic?
