The idea of a platform where you can chat to people meaning ROBLOX was what about in 1989 in 2003 the same year scratch was getting worked on ROBLOX with developing their own platform as well

roblox is a game engine and multiplayer game platform designed to let children make games and make the company money.
scratch is a block-based programming language designed to help teach children the basics of programming.

First it's Terraria/Minecraft (Terraria actually came out BEFORE Minecraft, so by that logic, Minecraft is really just a 3d lower quality version of Terraria) and now it's Roblox/Scratch? Scratch is a 2d coding engine for kids beginners that does not have Chat features, is free with no in game transactions, and is not in ANY WAY an RPG, PVP, or an actual game for that matter. Roblox is a 3d open world engine. We should just call Roblox and Scratch a ripoff of unity because you can CREATE things.

No idea what you're talkin' about. One of the inspiration points for Scratch was an earlier project by Mitch et al. called LEGO Mindstorms, which came out in the 1990's and was part of an even earlier project from the 1980's.
