This seems to occur on web pages with older designs (those used since Scratch 2.0). It does not occur on web pages with newer designs.
This phenomenon was confirmed around 8:00am Japan time on 1/13/2023 and is still ongoing. Several users have reported similar problems. This seems to be environment independent.

Ah, it's happening something similar to me. But it's not the whole page, it's some parts.
As an example, the Community Guidelines page is in English and it only is in Portuguese from “Be Honest” down.
And by the way, this whole page is in English even though i use Brazilian Portuguese by default.

Also, last time i checked the translation website that they used for Scratch, said that Portuguese was 100% translated. Weird.

Thank you for the information. This confirms that this phenomenon is global. Perhaps it is a problem that is difficult for native English speakers to notice.
The Community Guidelines page has a new design (menu bar is light blue). The pages that are in English seem to have the old design (menu bar is dark blue).
I believe this is a temporary phenomenon. Until yesterday, Japanese was displayed perfectly.

Oh, I think this is fixed now. Everything works (at least on the Russian language).

It may be specific to the languages. It is still English on the French version of Scratch.
