Instead of this:

It could look like this:

Helps keep messages less cluttered, especially with topics that have lots of discussion. This would also be optional if you prefer the old system.

Maybe a checkbox in messages could work for this?

If it was off, then it would do this suggestion, but if it was on, then it would show when every new post was made, or something like that.Maybe a checkbox in messages could work for this?Elaborate?

Didn’t think of it being an option. I’ll add that.If it was off, then it would do this suggestion, but if it was on, then it would show when every new post was made, or something like that.Maybe a checkbox in messages could work for this?Elaborate?

I support, though sometimes it groups messages, sometimes it does individual messages. It's kinda confusing sometimes.

How would you keep track of them, though? I get you can just go to the forum page, but that gets annoying after a while.especially with topics that have lots of discussionMaybe just don't follow those

Topics are bolded if there's unread posts. Also, why would you want to track them in the first place?

So I know whats going on in the topic. And so I could help/give a point/etc. At a moments notice.https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/search/?action=show_user&show_as=topicsHow would you keep track of them, though? I'm not saying I'd like one. I'm just saying that I like to help people, instead of keeping them waiting if it's a sorta dead topic. Or, just figuring out what their issue is and telling them quickly, so they can use that quickly, meaning less wait time for them. You're not going to get an award for answering the fastest. So I know whats going on in the topic. Support since it can get cluttered, and it's optional so people can enjoy the old way.
