Maybe jump to a random post with your selected filters

So on the main page it could lead to any page
You could minimize things like the language fourms to exclude them
Going into a section would only make it go to a random post in that catagory
Etc

It would also only go to open and “active” posts (where commented on within a week or a month)

This sounds like searching but way less useful. Why would the Scratch Team ever invest this much time – or any time at all for that matter – on a feature that does nothing?

there is one key thing with the wiki having it
mediawiki forces the wiki to have random page
random page is also good for people who want to go on sprees, editing and refining pages. many topics that this feature will bring up will be old, and given how many people use scratch, more likely to be necro'd
