So rules. Let's discuss it.

You can make your own weapons, your own bosses (obv), your own anything as long as it's mega man. You can add in different playable characters as long as mega man is the main character. You can add in basically anything. You can even sneak in (at most) 5 energy elements for us to suffer.

You get penalities if you steal from others without crediting, late submissions, make any other character the main playable character, not editing the beta level and its stuff, and not adding a new boss. Seriously, boss AIs are * easy to make in scratch (except for sprites)

You can ask for others to help with sprites, get codes from others AND CREDIT THEM, even use others' OCs for levels as long as you credit them. *Looks at ZUN with malicious intent*

Things that will give you tons of points are original compositions that don't sound like dying cats *funni mega man revolution reference*, original playable characters that function differently from mega man, (NOT RESKIN OR MINOR CHANGES.) Original special Weapons (those not added to dev kit), and original gimmicks. If you add semisolids, slopes and moving platforms you can join devteam next time.

(Should we split the levels into tiers?)
