Famous memes do not necessarily have to contain curse words (gigachad, trollface, slanders, etc.) and if they do, users exist to report them.

How would the filter even define “famous memes” without banning every single one? I don't want to just have these animated animal memes on Scratch (they are irrelevant in meme culture), no support.

I would still stick to the old method of reporting these projects. What makes this suggestion different from banning bad words in projects?

Most memes don't really have swearing. If they do then you should just report.

It's not off topic and Scratch wouldn't ever get deleted, they are just making a comparison :/

This already happens, it’s just some people post inappropriate stuff and that’s why the report button exists.
