My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 88.0.4324.150, No Flash version detected

I finished adding something to my project, went to save but after scrolling up my sprites i find like 7 of my sprites turned into question marks. It was a question mark inside a box. I look inside, and several of my costumes turned into question marks (thankfully not all). My sprite contains 300 costumes, and like 50 of them became question marks. Also, the question mark in the costume editor wasn't in the box, only halfway in, but still displayed as being inside.

Something may have glitched. Your internet may have been slow or Scratch just crashed the most likely one tho is that it’s a glitch that will last once. OR your files aren’t compatible with scratch’s restrictions on picture sizes.

thx im also hand-fixing it. Cleared my cache and I download my project every now and then before something like this occurs. The sprites are scratch-made so they'll always be compatible. I think the problem might be because my sprite had hundreds of costumes because those were the sprites that got affected. Neighbors with only a few costumes were also affected.

It would probably mean that the website your useing to download the sprites, or images, is broken and you should contact the website to fix the bug.

The sprites were made in scratch.

Same in my animal crossing project! All of the sprites (except ruby) were question marks.
