So, my alt account Not_Leafpool was banned. I sent multiple requests to the scratch team, and i got nothing.

Did it say it was perma banned? If so, its best not to use any other account until you get unbanned, and try to send another Contact Us message to the ST, and don't use any alt. If it was a temp ban, when did it say it should expire?

Try sending another Contact Us message, and make sure to give as much detail as possible. They should respond soon.

i think you can use any email for contact us, even for an appeal, you might have to prove its you, however.

Ban evading is not allowed. It looks like you are using this account to go around another ban.
