Ban the word "baka"
this is totally a dupe, github is banned on my school laptop though, so I cant use ocular :(
The title, baka means very offensive things in japanese, It a swear word there. And even if children don't get it and they think sussy baka is a small joke, it should still be banned for meaning offensive things.
edit: just because someone in english doesn't know its a swear, that doesn't mean it shouldn't be banned. ITS STILL A SWEAR AT THE END OF THE DAY
edit 2: I understand that it has a lot of translations in other languages. but japanese is not only the 2nd largest language in scratch (at least last time I checked), but is also where the word is from.

A post made by a Scratch Team member seems to indicate that saying this is not okay for Scratch. So I am under the impression that you can already use the Report button on comments which say this.
I feel like, when I was a Scratch Team member, I remember a more definitive statement about this that stated it is definitely not allowed for Scratch. But either I can't find this statement or it was given as some sort of off-hand comment which I don't remember. So I would interpret the linked post above as you would wish.

I thought it simply meant “fool”…?although it does mean fool, I would like to think of it being more like the r word. Although, it baka can still be used in casual context, unlike the r.
I would just say support, its generally a “mean” word.

even if its in a meme-y way, it still is a bad word in a language, and would offend some people, especially since english and japanese are the most used languages on scratch. its like using a song with a swear in it, just because it's not being useful harmfully, doesn't make it okay, its still a swear at the end of the day.No support, again there are many mesmes w this phrase that would be banned for no reasonif someone says for example “ youre a baka ” report

I feel like banning a Japanese word would fall along the lines of this suggestion, which just ended with Paddle2See telling the OP to use Contact Us instead. Semi-support since “baka” (used in memes) doesn't have the same popularity as it did a couple of years ago, but these words could still be incorrectly filtered:

I translated it, and I say, no support. There are so many different things it translates to, it'd be kind absurd just because of a couple of it's translations. Anyways, just report the bad ones.Uhm… To my knowledge (and I've seen multiple translations on it), it means Idiot.I'd recommond you read the thread.
