i wanna uplaod my game to Newgrounds, but it doesn't accept .sb3's. it does accept HTML5, though. can i convert them to this, and if so, how? thanks.

Check out the turbowarp packager, it converts scratch projects into html5

Just one thing - you technically can't convert .sb3s. Instead, what most ‘converters’ do is simply put an embed into an Electron app.

What do you mean by an Electron app? If it converts to HTML5, then it converts to HTML5, right? I think converters like Turbowarp Packager and sheeptester's HTMLifier replicate Scratch's behavior with the Scratch VM, so it can be only pure HTML/JS.
