I made a Pokedex entry of Rachu.
52 Rachu
Electric/Normal Abilities: Lightning Rod, Motor Drive, Magician (Hidden) Female only
Rachu's power comes from her computers and drawing tablets. Destroying these renders her powerless, and open to attack.

Modified the entry a little. Also, her shiny has light blue clothes, a silver crown, and red pants.

Water/Normal Abilities: Storm Drain, Water Absorb, Magician (Hidden) Male only
While he's a water type, he has a firey temper. Not recommended for newer trainers, as he tends to ignore orders from those he doesn't respect.

128 Fooled
Dark/Psychic Ability: Cacophony (Increases the power of sound-based moves by 50%) Male only Legendary
A very mischievous Pokemon. While capable of limited reality manipulation, he prefers to use his voice to attack.

Had trouble figuring out Fooled's type. Should he be Dark/Psychic, Dark/Ghost, or Dark/Fairy?
If they were actual Pokemon, Rachu and Tanbi would be counterparts.

Reason for the prophecy is that she views children as innocent beings whose creativity should be nurtured and encouraged
