More Cloning Features
Support. This would be INCREDIBLY useful. I've had multiple games thrown in the bin because I can't detect whether something is touching a specific clone.

Support! Even though the first three have workarounds, the last seems pretty complicated for a workaround, so this would be useful in some games.

I think the best option is to just implicitly name clones something like “Sprite#1”, “Sprite#2”, etc. That way you can store clone names and use them wherever a sprite name is expected.

partial support
although its really good, i think it does need some minor tweaking.
Ex:
theres 3 clones, c1, 2, and 3. Now, if you delete the 2nd clone, does clone 3 become clone 2?
it would be quiet hard to get this right, but if its clear as to what happens in the interactions with existing clone blocks, full support!
