Memory Book Announcements

Timeline of Memory Book
Nov 15 - Votes are due for the theme (leaders)
Nov 16 - Announce the theme, and announce about the cabin colors and subtheme for cabins (ex. if theme is food, vocal could be ramen) (mb team)
Nov 20 - Memory book canva project gets shared with you all (mb team)
Nov 30 - Cabin colors and subthemes are due, announce about most likely to's (leaders)
Dec 10 - Most likely to's questions are due (leaders)
Dec 11 - Memory Book cover contest comes out (mb team)
Dec 20 - Campers vote on most likely to's (campers)
Dec 21 - Memory Book cover contest closes (mb team)
Dec 22 - Memory Book cover contest voting takes place (all)
Dec 27 - Most likely to votes are due (campers)
Dec 28 - Memory Book cover contest voting is due (all)
Jan 10 - Everything must be done by now

Timeline! Does that all make sense?

I believe I can announce this now, but Amethyst and I have decided to not release 3 seperate memory books (apr 2022, aug 2022, dec 2022), but release them all in one project sometime during January. It's all 3 memory books (apr 2022, aug 2022, dec 2022) in one project. I think we're going to call it 'Scratch Music Camp 2022 Memory Books'. It will have front and back covers for each session, so the contest will still go on. Nothing more to this announcement than just letting you know about this change. This means that we will have to make sure that EVERYTHING is done by January 10, so Amethyst can post it around January 15 or so.

Think of this part as being a spy.
You'll each take a cabin in camp, and you will:

• Take screenshots of comments in the cabin you choose (NOT YOUR OWN)
  Make sure to check for if someone has said yes, no, or ask first on their sign up
  Find 3 quotes we can use for that cabin in the memory book
  Probably more stuff I can't think of
  

Please respond with whatever cabin you want but it MAY NOT be your own <3

I'm bored in class right now and am done with all of my work so I'm just gonna talk more about this XD

MB Team Cabins

Main Cabin :: ALL

You each have a cabin. You'll find screenshots from that cabin and put ALL OF THEM on the screenshot pages in the memory book (they're labeled). Don't organize them yet or anything, we'll do that later. Before adding a screenshot, please check the list of peoples' always/ask first/never. If always, add it, but don't organize the screenshot yet, just add it in a pile. If ask first, ask them, and if they say yes, follow the same steps you did for always. If no, then oh well. Thank them and move on. If never, do nothing.

As for quotes, we have no always/ask first/never allowances. All throughout camp, compile a list of quotes somewhere where you’ll remember them (hint hint the mb forum). Make sure they’re in this format (with quotations, commas, periods, etc):
“quote.” -username
If a comment already has punctuation (ex. “Cats are the best!” or “Cats are the best.” or “Cats are the best?”), then don’t add a period. Leave it.
At the end of the month, choose the 3 top quotes you like the best and add them in the memory book.

I think that’s it!
