We went from 6 prerelease versions of Scratch to hundreds of them.

You can download it on its Scratch Wiki page. It runs on Windows (any version that supports 1.4 should work with it) and Mac OS (unsure how old).
Also, note that older versions like 11Oct03 (0.1) and 14Feb04 (what people referred to as 0.1 before 11Oct03 was found) exist, too (the last time 01Oct04 was the oldest version was around 2014!).
