What is a clicker game on Scratch?
Clicker games are also known as incremental games. Clicker games are video games in which the player performs simple actions like clicking on the screen, and that clicking rewards the player with in-game currency.
So when you play it and get a new reward, you release something that's called dopamine a hit.

What is dopamine?
It is an organic chemical of the catecholamine and phenethylamine families. Dopamine constitutes about 80% of the catecholamine content in the brain. It is an amine synthesized by removing a carboxyl group from a molecule of its precursor chemical, L-DOPA, which is synthesized in the brain and kidneys.

How does dopamine make you feel?
Dopamine causes you to want, desire, seek out, and search. It increases your general level of arousal and your goal-directed behavior. Dopamine makes you curious about ideas and fuels your search for information.

So dopamine is caused, in this case, by you being rewarded.
