Then maybe make a PR that moderates the posting similar to how Scratch does it? They do say that only writers can post, and that they will follow the CGs of scratch, so I think you can post it.

Another person could say "I made the tutorial, here is the link: https://scratchtutorials.vercel.app/tutorials/id/–."
