Tips: You seriously need to work on your art overall. In the first order, I can't even recognise those as beans. They're just ovals in the same ugly colour. And the cans aren't even square, there's barely any detail, the only way you can tell they're cans of beans is the fact they say “beans”. The text in the middle is tiny, at least it's in a good font. Worst of all, where's the Murasama I asked for? If you can't draw it, you can find transparent images to to mask a tiny bit of ugly ovals mimicking beans.
The second one is marginally better. The background is completely unrelated and unnecessary, but I'll ignore that. The gradient colour is alright, but they're really easy to do and this one in particular is hard to notice. Also, it's not the wavy background I asked for. Also, you call those mint leaves? They look more like green paddles with some white lines. There's no detail, nothing special.

I really don't know how this takes one and a half months to complete and then deliver something with such low quality. I'm inclined to believe you haven't even done anything for nearly 45 days.

Other aspects of your shop are… alright. The first page is clean enough but a bit cluttered, I’m personally not a fan of having everything in one post. Your banner is kinda basic, might want to upgrade that something. Nothing special going on so far.

You've previously been quite rude to both me and others, which I have to note. You should work on being nicer to others. Failing that, your shop will lose activity because nobody will want to order from you.

You should definitely get some more staff. Solo shops don't do well in the grand scheme of things, so maybe advertise in the title or get some friends to join.

Overall, this shop could use some work, but the quality and speed are things to definitely work on.

I found many things wrong. 1, You do not care for my art style, and I know that everybody has opinions, but the outlines around the beans are for detail. 2, My shop layout is a bit weird because when I first made the shop, it looked 5x worse, so I had to adapt to a new layout on one page. 3, In real life, I am a kind person and little things spark up in the forums, so I am much better than that. 4, The order took a while because I had real life stuff to deal with, and that is why it took so long. If it was a real order, I would be scrambling to complete the order, and because your order said “none” in the deadline section, I could take longer. Sorry for that, I would complete it about 5x faster if not for the real life things, and I would do it faster. Next time I get a review order, I will do it faster. 5, Sorry for the not 100% great PFP's, I call myself a “Easy PFP” shop, and I make PFP's for starters who don't care much about the quality, but who need a PFP very fast, and that's why the PFP's were not the best. Next time, maybe change the review order.

3. IRL =/= Online. Just because you claim to be a good person offline doesn't change the fact you've disrespected others here.
4. You're treating me like a reviewer instead of a customer, which not only harms your score but implies you don't care about it. All reviewers should be treated like customers and all review orders should be treated as regular customers.
5. I shouldn't have to change the review order to get at least decent quality. I'm ordering like any normal person, and they will expect something of higher quality. Also, I see no signs saying “Easy PFP” or “Very Fast” anywhere.

No the review is wrong I might stop using this if you stop roasting my shop with feedback that I have a hard time using. 1. They are beans they have a outline for effect you just do not care.
3. I have not disrespected people despite what you see, they are minor little things and the customers get past it fast.
4. I am not treating you like a reviewer, I do care about the reviewers just as much as the customers.

4. You gave the IFSF same-day delivery. You gave me 43-day delivery and 2 products that I was not satisfied with. I think the review score might have been a bit generous, but I'm not with the IFSF. I had a significantly worse customer experience and was not satisfied, the review reflects that, and you're not happy because you didn't get a high score.
