The answer is No for you, but it is possible for Scratch Team, If you want to create a page about scratch, Go on Scratch Wiki, and request an account, then start making pages!
The OP was talking about rendering websites on Scratch and the Scratch Team cannot create websites. Only the developers can.

You can't just make Scratch Wiki pages like that. Also, how is it possible for the ST?

If you want to make a static website you could, probably no backend. Just code the project in scratch and then use github pages to make a static html page with a turbowarp embed with autoplay. It's actually pretty easy

If you want something like an extemely basic website, then yes, it's possible. However, if you want a full-featured website with links, embeds, and scrolling, then no, that's not possible.

You can create a scratch project and call it a website. (But it would not be a real website.)

It depends on what you define as “a website”. Most likely, you are probably thinking about buying a domain (like example.com) and using scratch to code it. However, projects in Scratch don't really count as real coding for a website because coding a website does NOT use scratch as a language. IF you are using a project to ADD into that website, then I guess it sort of counts. And if you are just looking for a link, check out your profile, that is a link.
Hope I helped.
