Can I do this on a school chromebook to bypass goguardian? In theory, yes. However, for legal reasons, we can't tell you how.

I was interested until I read this:
Also, some kid at our “rival” school actually hacks the blocking software on chromebooks. i really want to meet him
An exception is trying to bypass any content filters on a Chromebook. That's not unlocking, and is actual hacking (because you are trying to bypass a security measure). Please, don't do that.

I was interested until I read this:That's really only to not get into legal trouble with the ST. The School IT topic also contains a warning like that.An exception is trying to bypass any content filters on a Chromebook. That's not unlocking, and is actual hacking (because you are trying to bypass a security measure). Please, don't do that.

I mean… they're so old they have VGA ports… but they can run Windows fine…Asus still makes laptops with VGA ports.
And they're only for use in the classroom, so we can't take them home…

Would it be possible to run one of these as a “server” or something to handle data?
