emotions for me are changing rapidly I feel as no one ever likes who I am sometimes I keep remembering the bad stuff I have done in life it feels as though I keep having millions and millions of thing piling up on my shoulders I keep having axsity and the fear no one will ever find me as a good friend how can I cope with that's?
