Is anyone allowed to sell somebody else's Scratch game for Xbox or other platforms?

The studio Super Power Games is selling Appel for £0.89 on the Microsoft Store. Is it allowed?

I don't know. I am judging they did not have permission due to legobouwer9 (the creator of the character) not letting somebody use Appel for commercial purposes

Then you should tell the scratch team. That is not allowed, they need griffpatch's permission and need to give credit on the game.
