What is Warrior Cats?
Warrior Cats (also known as Warriors) is a young adult fantasy book series containing a collection of novels, novelle, and graphic novels. It follows the adventures of five tribes of wild cats, known as the Clans. It is written by Erin Hunter.

Isn't Warrior Cats for children?
No. While it may appeal to children, being a book series about anthropomorphic cats, it has a lot of violence and gore and contains some dark themes, so it is better classified as a teen or young adult series. Nevertheless, children can still read Warriors, but it is better suited for teenage readers.

Who is Erin Hunter?
Erin Hunter is a nom de plume for the several writers who work on the Warrior Cats series. It is mainly used to refer to the authors Victoria Holmes, Kate Cary, Cherith Baldry, and Tui T. Sutherland, along with others, although Holmes has retired from the team and is technically no longer a Hunter, and Sutherland has gone on to write her own book series, Wings of Fire.
