The mod isn't called sheeptester; that's the GitHub username of the person who created it. It's name is actually E羊icques.

Is there a reason to use the mod over Turbowarp?

Is there a reason to use the mod over Turbowarp?Better extension support? An actual settings page? Non-latin character in mod name?
The extension doesn't work, which is why it's hidden in the extension library in vanilla ScratchThen why do I see a lot of other mods keep that hidden?

Non-latin character in mod name?YES
Because a lot of people would bother the creator asking why the extension doesn't work, which is annoying. Personally, I don't mind because I'm fine with the mod letting users shoot their own footThe extension doesn't work, which is why it's hidden in the extension library in vanilla ScratchThen why do I see a lot of other mods keep that hidden?
Ah, I think Turbowarp is hesitant (for good reason) on letting people load arbitrary JavaScript into the web page, so it'd make sense if loading unsandboxed JavaScript from the URL and the cloud variable hack for evaluating JavaScript aren't and won't be supported in TurbowarpIs there a reason to use the mod over Turbowarp?load_plugin

Unless @GarboMuffin can figure out a way to sandbox extensions (which Scratch I think already does, it's just not very strict).

Normal Scratch extensions are actually completely unsandboxed…well, that could definitely be exploited.

It can't because normal Scratch extensions refers to the ones that are already built in to Scratch like “pen” or “translate”, not custom ones. If the pen extension contains malicious code then there is probably a much larger problem.Normal Scratch extensions are actually completely unsandboxed…well, that could definitely be exploited.

I feel there is too much potential for abuse and that this is better served by sending your feature to us/upstream or forking scratch-gui. It is worth noting that the packager does support eval or custom JS (both disabled by default) and the desktop app supports a local custom JS file.
