is there any way to make a sprite part of a backdrop?
hello.
I need some help with 1 of the games I'm making. it will be called “fox cub quest”. its about a fox cub trying to find its family. it will face many dangers along the way. I will get bored with making a forest with backdrop with so many trees to make. so is there any way to make 1 SPRITE part of that backdrop?
I have already tried this:
making a tree
put tree design in backpack
take tree design in backdrop
but that didn't seem to work. When i put the tree there the rest just went white. I checked the sprite in the sprite part and there was nothing behind it. I tried the same process again but it still went white.
so the question is:
is there anyway to make a sprite part of a backdrop and use it more than once in the same backdrop?

No, Unfortunately, I don't think there is. HOWEVER. This should get you what you want.
Let me know if it didn't work!
EDIT: Also, I think i'll report this to be moved into the proper topic.
Most likely “Questions about Scratch”
EDIT EDIT… I'm so sorry…I goofed….This is totally in the right place…
Please forgive me!!!!
- Go to your spite and pick costumes. Make sure the “picker” is on in the editor.
- Pick the sprite by clicking and dragging over it.
- Do your Control C to copy the sprite.
- Now, go to backdrops, and select an area on the backdrop you want. Control V for paste.
- That's it!

1. Go to your backdrop pane
2. Drag the sprite over to the backdrop
3. Now do stuff such as move the sprite
