I don't know if this counts. My neighbour often comes home with her car radio on loudly. Once, I started playing the rickroll through an FM transmitter and waited for her to drive past!

Anyways, another fun way that i found that actually tracks who clicks it:
RICKROLL LINK

You can see when and where they got rickrolled.
Also, use python to make an http server and have their browser auto open that http server. make it serve a rickroll.
then they get rickrolled every time.

Well, I don't think that's good to make the rickroll history. I've seen it tracks the IP. Well, my IP doesn't show my correct location but still.
