I was thinking that maybe Gunter was the dock worker. Maybe he came to realize what the Ice Crown did to him, and wanted to rid himself of it.Thank you. That's what I was thinking. Maybe the War really started because of the comet, and in that time period people feared it more than in the past. The War ended when the comet hit, possibly. It could explain why Simon and Marcy are the only human/humanoid survivors, since they're both immortal in a way, and why everything is such a mess then. I'm not sure how it could turn people into zombies, though. It could just be the result of nuclear radiation that most likely came from the weapons and bombs used in the war. That's an interesting theory! I always wondered where the crater came from. I know that weapons of mass destruction are extremely powerful, but I still doubt that they'd be able to blow a huge chunk off of the Earth. It seems very possible that something out of space, be it a comet or a large meteor, could have done it. Perhaps the Mushroom War began because people were aware of the object approaching Earth, and became very fearful. Guys, I just got a theory I'm really excited about, but it's derived from the leak of Evergreen I gave into watching, so major spoilers may lie ahead. Just a warning.
In Evergreen, we realize a comet hits Earth every 1,000 years. It seems the one in the episode wiped out prehistoric life, though the crown and such survived. What if the the giant hole in Earth that was once thought to be from the Mushroom War was actually from one of the comets? Maybe, since they said most don't have any horrible effects, but the one seen was different, another strange one showed up and only took out the chunk in the planet. This isn't my main point, though.
What if Lemonhope survived a deadly comet? He said in that one episode he would return to his kingdom in 1,000 years, the time it would take for another comet to hit, though the year isn't probably exactly aligned with that. Maybe a bad one hit and wiped everyone out, thus explaining why he's the only one seen and the Ice Kingdom mountains are brown- Ice King could possibly have died from it, since the one in Evergreen killed the previous wizards. Since he died, the things he did with his power were restored. Lemonhope survived because of that thing around him, which I have always thought to be a life preserver.
There's also one heading towards Ooo right now, but I'm still trying to figure out when it will hit and what it has to do with my theory.
However, I'm not sure if any of this is very true because the one in Evergreen looked like it was what contained the Lich, and I'm not sure if there could be a second one of those.
Do you think Gunter survived the comet shown in Evergreen, by the way? The crown did, and he was wearing it. The crown also gives immortality as long as you're wearing it. So what do you think happened to him? He can't really be alive now since Ice King has the crown for himself and he purchased it from that one dock worker in Scandinavia. Maybe he lost it or something around that time?

I can't wait for AT to come back. This winter break seems like forever since there was such a long hiatus before only airing a couple episodes.

Guys, Evergreen airs this week! I've already seen it, but I need to rewatch it live to analyze it even further. So excited!
However, I've also heard this is the last season of AT.

OH GOSH. EVERGREEN WAS GREAT.
I had tears in my eyes at the end and now there's so much to discuss theory-wise.
So the elementals are all kingdoms that now exist in Ooo. They said their elements would carry on, and they were right. But does that mean there were other elementals that created the other kingdoms? Did Evergreen wipe them out or something? Did they die from a previous comet? Or were those kingdoms made later on when Ooo was created as an effect of the War?
And of course, the comet now heading towards Ooo. I don't even know what to think of it. Will it try to wipe out Finn and Betty since they're human?

I cried yet again at Astral Plane.
Poor Grob/Gob/Glob/Grod.
AND STUPID FINN'S DAD. UGH.
Additionally, Finn's speech on life actually got to me and made me pretty sad about how maybe my life is like how he described.
I can't believe it just ended with “Let's go save Bounce House Princess!” too. I NEED ANSWERS

Cherry Cream Soda was the best episode in a while, really.
What does everyone think of Season 7 so far?
Really, I didn't enjoy Varmints and Bonnie and Neddie.
I haven't enjoyed AT in a while.
If this season isn't fantastic, it's probably time to pull the plug.

I'm enjoying it so far. Unfortunately, I'm going to miss the first half of the Stakes miniseries. Cherry Cream Soda was the best episode in a while, really.

Flame Princess is still my favorite character. We need more episodes about her.
Also, Adventure Time is getting an eighth season.
