You could use the pen extension, but it's much more complex.

If you want to have infinite clones automatically for everyone who uses a link, you can always add ?clones=Infinity after the link and it will set the maximum number of clones to be infinite for everyone who uses the link.

And if you don't want to do that, just make a list of the x and y coordinates of the clones and just stamp the costumes at the coordinates. In regular scratch this ends up with at pixelized version. But if you are on turbowarp, just add ?hqpen to the end of the link and reload the page
