That's too good to exist in Scratch… Undertale Battle System is an upcoming engine that focuses on creating quick and straightforward Undertale battles.
The engine has been in development for 5 and a half months and is around 85% completed.

Similar features to Undertale
-Every single Undertale weapon attack has been 95% accurately replicated.
*Stick
*Toy knife
*Tough glove
*Ballet shoes
*Torn notebook
*Fried pan
*Empty gun
*Worn dagger
*Real knife
-Every attack will display their own critical animation and sound.
-Every monster is animated with code instead of being a GIF or a still image.
*Every monster will display a hurt animation on hit.
-Dust effect feature exists, anytime a monster is killed.
*Dust effect can be replaced with ghost effect in settings.
-Item page works exactly the same as Undertale's. Supporting several effects upon items being consumed.
-KR system (Karma system).
-Screen shaking.
*This occurs automatically when a gaster blaster is used or when Sans uses bone stab. (More will be listed later on)
*Can be toggled on and off, and so can its shake value be changed.
-Every single soul is included along with their features.
*Green Soul: Shield
*Yellow Soul: Bullet
*Blue Soul: Gravity with all four directions
*Orange Soul is also included despite it being an AU feature.
-Bubble dialogue system is used instead of “say block”
*There are three text effects: Wobble, Shake, and Red.
*Dialouge can be quickly read and skipped with the usage of and .
*Skipping:
-Every background is included (excluding Asriels')
*Blank background
*Boss background
*Grid 1 background
*Grid 2 (moving) background
*Asgore flame background
*Asgore background
-Advance box system that can move and change size in real time.
Editor's features
The editorial system is designed to create quick and cool battles. The editor's goal is to be used with ease and offer creators access to a lot of tools and options. These features are inbuilt without you needing to modify them by going into “see inside.”
* Ability to change backgrounds (Asgore's Fire's color can also be changed).
* Change Human's armor, and weapons.
* Change monster (up to 33 options).
* Change both monster's and human's stats.
* Change mosnter's on hit sound.
* Change monster status of dodge or not, and how many times monsters can dodge.
* Monster's dialog text can be lengthy.
* Act's messages and their response message.
* Access to Item Library, there are 28 items that you can use.
* Create your very own Items, four effects are supported (Speed, Defense, Max - amount, Add item)
* Option to enable Mercy button. Whether the option button will exist or not.
* Change soul's overall speed.
* Encounter message's new status.
! More features will be listed when I fully plan them.
There are also some things that would not be supported in the editor, such as the box dragging feature, this feature is more advanced and you can play around with it in “see inside.”
