Hello there!
I want to enter/exit doors by touching the door and pressing the down arrow key/s button.

Is this possible? I don't know.
Please help me.

Could you share a link to your project? Also, yes it's possible to code doors. You could have the backdrop change when you press a key while touching the door or something similar. It would help if you could explain a little more clearly how you wanted the door to work, though!

Yep! When a broadcast block sends out a broadcast, the backdrop and every sprite and clone will receive the broadcast and, if they have the “when I receive” hat block, they will execute the code under that block.
