If you get pema-banned, you have to appeal. How long does the appeals process take?

I think it probably wouldn't be as long as before since COVID has dialed down, but according to multiple users in the past, they've either taken several weeks to months.

The thing is, I think I've heard varied responses… Some users say it takes a few days, some users have to wait weeks, months… Some users just never receive a reply.

Basically what I'm trying to say is: ST is a group of humans, so it can drastically vary from person to person. There's no set time

Here's a data point: I got banned indefinitely on November 17, 2021, and I sent my appeal the next day. They replied to my appeal and unbanned me on December 29 (5 weeks and 6 days). My case was relatively minor, and it's my only ban, so this is essentially the best-case scenario. Other cases that result in any back-and-forth between you and the ST could easily take a lot longer, but I'd suggest 1 month as a lower bound.

Generally between a week and a month. Sometimes longer

It would take like 1 month, but they will read the appeal eventually.
