Maybe it's just not loading correctly? I mean, what does it look like on your screen? How long does it take to load? I see nothing at all on the project, just a while screen.

I mean I can't really imagine a computer struggling so much to the point where it can't load a simple whirl effect, and if it can't load it I'd imagine there'd be some kind of error.
