ngl
scratchiso why not you obv gotta make it first. if you can write Linux kernel modules in Scratch, just wait til the entire Kernel is ported.

Naah, were porting all the orange os apps to this. Easy with turbowarp packager.
aaah why, they won't be able to interact with anything

i use arch linux (btw) with the linux zen kernel and enjoy writing silly things in silly languages using silly frameworks

No idea. From reading the name, it seems like it's only meant to work in arch and although you could probably port it, idk how to do that.

Could we make this on an Ubuntu/Debian derivative? Its easier to use, and I don't use Arch.

I mean, Ubuntu and Debian have outdated packages, but at least they're stable packages. But I don't know of any archiso alternative for Debian or Ubuntu.

If you don't have arch use these steps to get a arch vm with docker (FREE!)
1. Get a docker account
2. go to https://labs.play-with-docker.com/# and login
3. create new instance
4. once ur in paste these commands
 docker pull dcsunset/archlinux-vnc
docker run -d -p 5900:5900 -p 6080:6080 -e VNC_PASSWD=arch dcsunset/archlinux-vnc
5. click open port and type 6080
6.the password is arch

The old thread got deleted so here we are.

We are trying to recreate this OS as a real OS, like windows, mac OS, linux etc.

You can use VirtualBox or something to get an arch vm set up.

you can't just run “pacman -S xfce” or anything, it takes a few commands. Just look up “arch install <your desktop environment>”.
