I've been confused whether this is against the rules or not. Most people continuously post the idk text art.

posting text art isn't allowed, because it tends to encourage people to copy and paste the text art and post it, causing spam

I believe it depends. If the user is spamming text art, makes a thread with irrelevant text art, or uses it in a bad way it’s probably not allowed. If it’s like in your signature, About me section, or something else that isn’t causing problems, it’s fine I believe.

Again it ultimately depends on the situation text art is being used.
