Currently, our best hours are 12:00- 8:00 EST Mon-Sat, however if you order outside these hours, you may also get your order done, but less quickly than inside these hours. Under these hours, most of our products can be done in under 24 hours, with packages taking a couple of days. Outside of these hours, however, your order can take up to 3 times as long, due to the delay between when the order is seen, and when it is requested. You can use the project on @ComputerLevel's profile titled “Am I Online?” to find out if I (or, if you see inside and change the code, any worker) is online.

• Make yourself as clear as possible when ordering
• The employees are doing there best
• Give staff at least 2 days to complete an order
• Always credit whoever made the product/package
• Never spam the thread
• Never order anything against the Scratch Community Guidelines

• For Staff •

• Do not spam/bump the post consistently, if you do you will receive 1 strike
• Stay professional and respectful at all times, if you don't then you will receive 1 strike
• NEVER disrespect anyone for there gender, age, race, looks or sexuality, if you do then you will receive 3 strikes and will not be welcomed back
• When you are taking a leave please try to fill out a vacation form, I know this is not always possible but if you don't notify anyone then you will receive 1 strike
• Always respond to activity checks unless you are on leave, if you do not then you will receive 1 strike
• Activity checks will be performed every week by :@ComputerLevel. The message will consist of: “Dear (username/nickname), respond to this within 48 hours. If you do not you will be added to the inactive list”. Last performed: never
• If you receive 3 strikes then you will be asked to leave and you may reapply after 3 weeks

When we transfer to a partner, we take your order and ask a partner shop to do it. If we transfer your order, you are required to follow the rules of the shop we transfer it to, and you must edit/update your post accordingly, as you are ordering from that shop through our shop. The partner that we transfer to depends on the order. If the bar is full, a partner transfer will occur with the next order. Please note, the bar may be outdated. ●●○. Also note, a partner transfer might occur even if the bar isn't full, but the customer orders something we do not provide.
